The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, or man-made damage;
Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact;
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered;
Items damaged due to customer misuse;
Orders that exceed the return period;
Special promotion items, clearance items, or items explicitly marked as “non-returnable/non-exchangeable.”

Upon approval, we will provide return instructions;
The customer ships the item back according to the instructions;
Once the warehouse receives and verifies that the item meets return criteria, the refund will be processed.

Once the refund is approved, the funds will typically be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider.

We cover return shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues, incorrect items sent, or damage during transit;

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If the items received are damaged, missing, or do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant photos or videos as proof; we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
